The Cathedral Studios is a team of eight highly trained, skilled and experienced conservators and glaziers, 3 of whom are ICON PACR Accredited—The Professional Accreditation of Conservator-Restorers. The studio has gained a high reputation in the field of conservation and restoration and is a centre of excellence.

All conservation and restoration work is undertaken at the studio and we adhere to the guidelines and ethical principles set out by The Corpus Vitrearum Medeii Aevii CVMA.

We are involved with research projects, undertake training, and attend conferences to keep up to date with current conservation practice and materials, both in the UK and abroad.

Our aim is to provide a personal service, and work to deliver a standard of excellence with each and every individual project, working closely together with the Client or Architect, whether it is working on a small plain glazed window to a highly painted and decorative window and provide full reports and documentation.
